How we handle personal information you share with us, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
When you contact us or use the enquiry form, we collect the details you give us: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the service you are asking about and your message.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and, where you are submitting a project, to assess it and follow up with you. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not load fonts or scripts from third-party services. A short-lived session cookie is set only when you send the enquiry form, to prevent spam.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or any resulting project, or as required by law.
Security
Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection to our mailbox. Access is limited to the staff who need it to respond.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@deffinity.africa. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
